During NBA/NHL/NLL Playoffs, tour times and dates are subject to change due to league policies. There is no guarantee during this time that we will be able to host venue tours. Please check the calendar or call (303) 405-8556 for scheduling questions,

Tours are not currently available on Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays.

• Park in Camry North Lot for all tours, parking is FREE.
• Enter through the main doors – main entrance, Door 1.
• Wear comfortable shoes – 90 minute walking tour.
• Pre-purchased tickets - present your QR code from the confirmation of purchase email.
• On-site tickets: can be purchased with the Tour Guide in the Grand Atrium at the Tour Kiosk using our QR code.
• All guests 18 and over must present a valid government issued ID.
• Small cameras allowed, however, NO video cameras or recording devices are permitted.
• We do not check bags while you are on your tour, you will be responsible for all bags brought into the arena.
• No bags larger than 4in x 6in x 1.5in will be permitted into Ball Arena. There is no bag check available for bags larger than this size. This will be our standard for all events unless otherwise specified by a special event/tour.
• Due to enhanced security policies, all tour guests will be required to pass-through walk-through metal detectors.
• All guest must check in with Security after providing proof of purchase to our Tour Guides.
• Medical and diaper bags 14"x14"x6" or smaller are permitted. All guests entering with medical, or diaper bags are subject to x-ray screening upon entry.
• Buses/Vans/Oversized Transportation 
• All vehicles listed will need to be parked in the back end of Camry North Lot.
• Drop off area for larger groups/schools/camps will be located off Chopper Circle in front of our Main Entrance.

• All sites on the tour are subject to current availability.
• All dates and times may be subject to change without notice.
• Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
• All tours are wheelchair accessible, however wheelchairs and strollers are not available to rent.
• For Guests needing interpreting services, please call 303.405.8556. (We require notice of at least two weeks in advance of your tour date for tours requesting interpreting services.)
• The Ball Arena reserves the right to cancel all or part of a tour.
• Weather: Closures of the arena due to weather conditions will result in a refund to any pre-purchased tickets, or an offer to reschedule your original tour date to a future date.
• Note: Due to the frequent changing of the arena floor, Ball Arena will look different depending on the upcoming event.
• Notice: All persons specifically consent to and are required to sign in and wear a certified credential prior to entry. Any person or property that could affect the safety of Ball Arena occupants/property will be denied entry.

• Must be booked no later than two weeks in advance.
• Can be booked for any day of the week (M-F)
• Groups can arrive 15 minutes prior to the timeslot for proper check-in.
• If you need a shorter/longer tour, guest speakers, a specific focus for the tour, etc. please coordinate this with the KSE Venue Tours contact so we can accommodate as best as possible

 A tour guide fee will be assessed for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours. Groups who arrive with significantly less members than originally booked may also be subject to a fee. Group tours can be booked on a non-tour day for an additional fee.

Group rates for 15 or less will be standard pricing per person.

Group rates for 16 or more will be $12.00 per person.

Additional Fee for group bookings on non-tour days - $60.00
