Q: Are there spaces at Pepsi Center I can rent to hold a function or meeting?
A: Of Course! Pepsi Center and Kroenke Sports Enterprises’ properties include more than 15 different meeting spaces in many sizes. Whether your group is 20 or 5,000 we have the perfect space for you.
Q: Who will I be working with to plan my event?
A: When booking an event with KSE, you will work with a team of individuals to plan your ultimate event experience. Your special event team account representative will work with you to secure your event space and confirm all of your logistics and event needs. You will also work with our caterer to meet all of your food and beverage needs.
Q: What is the room rental rate or minimum I need to spend?
A: Every space within our properties has a different rental rate. Factors include your guest count, length, season and date. Ask your KSE account representative today for an accurate quote for your next event!
Q: What is included in your rates?
A: The basic meeting room rental fee includes tables, chairs, basic audio-visual and housekeeping.
Q: Where can my guests park?
A: Pepsi Center offers convenient and free parking for most events booked through the special events department. We promise no outrageous parking rates or long walks to your car!
Q: My presentation is audio-visual intensive. Can you supply the necessary equipment?
A: Pepsi Center has a full service audio-visual department. Communicate your needs to your KSE account representative and we will take care of the rest!
Q: What are my options for food and beverage service?
A: Levy Restaurants, the exclusive caterer of Pepsi Center’s Lexus Club Restaurant and business center, can take care of all of your food and beverage needs. From popcorn and peanuts to a customized menu, Levy Restaurants has many options to satisfy every guest.
Q: Can I have outside food and beverage?
A: No outside food and beverage is allowed in any of KSE’s properties. Our award-wining caterer, Levy Restaurants, will take of your needs.
Q: Can we have alcoholic beverages in the event space?
A: Yes. Our caterers have several options for providing alcoholic beverages. We can provide a full-service bar, although no outside beverages may be brought into our facilities.
Q: Can our group have a tour of Pepsi Center during our event?
A: Of course! Pepsi Center tours are available at an additional cost. Go behind the scenes and see where the top athletic teams and performers prepare and entertain more than 20,000 guests.
Q: Do you have internet access?
A: Pepsi Center offers wired high-speed DSL lines available throughout the arena and all meeting spaces at an additional cost.
Q: Can we hang banners in the meeting rooms?
A: All banners must be pre-approved by your account representative and displayed on an easel or displayed otherwise. We do not allow materials to be hung on walls.
Q: Is there any way we can have one of the team mascots or dancers appear at our event?
A: Although the mascots and dancers have very stringent schedules, they are available for an additional cost. Please notify your account representative as soon as possible if you would like to secure a mascot or dancer appearance.
Q: Can we have a trade show at Pepsi center?
A: Pepsi Center is a unique trade show venue offering thousands of square feet of tradeshow space. We also have numerous rooms for workshops and meeting space for use during your show.
Q: Can we buy team merchandise to give to our event attendees?
A: Altitude Authentics, the official merchandise store of Pepsi Center’s teams, offers hundreds of items available to you and your event team. Visit Altitude Authentics so your event attendees can take home some memorabilia from their experience at Pepsi Center.
Q: How will our room be set up?
A: Every room rental includes a custom room set-up to your specifications. Whether it is reception, theater, banquet or conference style, consult our venues capacities diagram to see how many guests can fit in your desired space.
Q: Can I come see the event spaces you have to offer?
A: Of course! Please contact your account representative and ask for a site tour of our event spaces. Due to the availability of the arena, certain event spaces may be unavailable to view at the time of your tour.
Q: Do you offer entertainment for our guests to enjoy?
A: We have a list of preferred vendors that include DJ’s, bands, entertainers and casino companies. Ask how to add one of these fun and entertaining aspects to your next event!
Q: Do you have dance floors, stages, coat racks, etc?
A: At Pepsi Center we take care of every event detail. Your account representative will work with our network of preferred vendors to make sure every aspect of your events needs is taken care of. Don’t be afraid to ask if you think of things that will make your event better.
Q: How do I get to my event and where do I park?
A: Prior to your event, your account representative will give you custom and complete directions to our facility along with directions from your specific parking lot to your event space.
Q: Do you offer event packages?
A: Our current packages include our popular GamePak program. GamePaks include meeting space on our exclusive ADT Club Level, audio-visual equipment, a food and beverage package and tickets to a Denver Nuggets or Colorado Avalanche game.
Q: When is the final guest count for our event needed?
A: Your final guest count is due to your KSE account representative seven days prior to your event. Our caterer, Levy Restaurants, requires a 10-day advance deadline on your menu choice.
Q: Now that I know all about what Kroenke Sports Enterprises has to offer, how do I book my event?
A: Call 303.405.6050 or email specialevents@pepsicenter.com to check availability for your desired event date. Upon confirmation of your event date your account representative will send you a contract. Review your contract and return it with your deposit. You will also want to contact our caterer at this time to discuss your food and beverage needs. Congratulations, you are now on your way to having a successful special event with Kroenke Sports Enterprises!
Blue Sky Grill
Q: Who do I speak with regarding food and beverage at Blue Sky Grill?
A: The exclusive caterer for Blue Sky Grill is Aramark Sports and Entertainment. Please call 303.405.6088 to speak with an Aramark catering representative.
Q: How do my guests park and enter Blue Sky Grill?
A: Blue Sky Grill patrons enter the restaurant entrance located at street level. For private events parking is typically located right across Chopper Circle in premier lot G.
